How do I apply? On the web page of any certification products, there’s a signage “CLICK to APPLY”  

Why do I need to submit a CV?  We only accept candidates who meet the minimum qualification requirements and credible work experience. 

When will GAFM process my application?  Application will only be processed after payment is received. 

How will I pay?  We accept payments via Credit / Debit card.  Payment link will be shared once your application has been accepted.

Can I pay via bank wire transfer?  Yes, we will share the invoice with banking details.

How do I prepare for the exam?   This is an online self-study model.  An eBook will be provided, examination will be based on the information in the eBook.  The eBook will be provided FREE to successful candidates after payment has been made. 

How long is the duration of this online course?  You must complete this course inclusive of the exam within ten days from the date of payment.

How will I write the exam?  When you’re ready to write the exam, kindly email us to book a schedule for the exam. 

How will I apply for exemption from the exam?  Exemption from the exam is subject to Board discretion. You may be requested to submit additional information in addition to the CV.  In any case, if your work experience is good, we will apply for an exemption only after payment has been received.

How is the exam structured?  The examination comprised of 40 multiple choice questions.   Difficulty: Moderate     Duration: 60 minutes

What is the passing grade?  70%.

When will I know the result of the exam?  Within 48 hours

What if I failed in the first attempt?  You are allowed to rewrite the exam without any additional charge. 

When will I receive the certification documents?  Shipping is within 10 days after completion of the course.  We ship to countries that has UPS services only.   

What are the certification documents?   i) professional accredited certificate   ii) endorsement training certificate   iii)  certification card      iv) eBook 

What is the endorsement training certificate?   This is the certificate that  indicate the skills and competencies associated with the professional accredited certificate where you have accomplished via the online training program.

Can I apply the designation after my name while waiting for the certification documents?  Yes

Can I request for a digital copy of the certificates?  We do not issue digital copy.  All certificates are in hard copy only.

Is there a directory to verify the credential?  Certified members will be registered in the Directory of Certified Professionals (DOCP)
