CPRM Certified Project Risk Manager ™
What is risk management in project management? It is the process used by project managers to minimize any potential problems that may negatively impact a project’s timetable. Risk is any unexpected event that might affect the people, processes, technology, and resources involved in a project. Unlike issues, which are certain to happen, risks are events that could occur, and you may not be able to tell when. Because of this uncertainty, project risk requires serious preparation in order to manage them efficiently.
The CPRM Certified Project Risk Manager ™ is a professional certification that demonstrates the attainment of a defined level of technical knowledge in project risk management, professional practice, and ethical behavior. It forms the basis of the assessment that applicants must pass to gain Certified Project Risk Manager status and inclusion in the Register of The American Academy of Project Management® Certified / Chartered Professional. Individuals with several years of experience in project risk management are encouraged to acquire this certification. A guide book shall assist candidates to pass in the examination besides providing a valuable source of reference for a risk manager to excel toward becoming a Certified Project Risk Manager. Take the challenges ahead with the exclusive Certified Project Risk Manager ™ certification.
