Just as with other industries, engineering requires managers who can supervise other engineers and projects, spur new development, and solve problems in an organization. Engineering managers are responsible for hiring staff, supervising employees, setting budgets and goals for projects, leading research and development projects, and checking the accuracy of the work produced under their supervision.   • Degree in engineering, business, construction, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at managerial level

  • Pass the examination (candidates with sufficient experience may qualify for an exemption)
